Take a break as soon as you recognize that you're angry

Breathe deeply

Go to a "happy place"

Practice positive self-talk

Ask for the support/someone you trust

Try to see some humor in what angered you

Engage in physical activity

Restructure the way you think about your life

Keep a journal of what upsets & how you plan to fix it

See a mental health professional

ADDITIONS 
Live high, take it easy. 
Drink much water.Sing the song of "Skyscraper" and feel it.
Think of some funny things; Laugh at yourself.
Realize that if you're angry for a long moment, nothing will get better.
Close your eyes in a peaceful place and start thinking about joy.
Give a faking smile and stop staring at the people you mad at.
Write on a piece of paper of what are you feel and throw it away.
Sometimes, some words are better unspoken.
 
Look for your interests; shopping, recite Al-Quran, date with some coffee/ ice-cream etc.
Remind yourself that Allah knows everything about you & you must proof how strong you're.
