     Ar-Royyan Consultant is a training company that provides training modules. This company is founded by Abdul Razak Bin Busu Grill, an experienced trainer. Ar-Royyan Consultant's mission centers on training to develop human capital quality and adhere to the principles of religion. Besides, the speech that was revealed to us as the leader of the school (prefect) bringing evidence-based programs in emotional literacy to few schools and the brain-to-brain connection in leadership, and to how to enhance emotional intelligence itself. 

     Daniel Goleman, fosters research partnerships between academic scholars and practitioners on the role emotional intelligence plays in excellence, gathers together recent findings from brain research and other sources on topics ranging from creativity and optimal performance in The Harvard Business Review called emotional intelligence- which discounts IQ as the sole measure of one's abilities- a revolutionary, paradigm- shattering idea.

     We were given lots of tasks and ended up our Saturday all-day-at hall approximately at 11 p.m. and proceed the programs on the next day until probably 12:10 p.m. after all of the final actions were performed. Everything had all seemed explicitly perfect- colored with powerful lessons in personal change and swarmed with highly effective habits that could change my world and my perspective on everything as a mature adult. He made me generates such as overwhelmingly positive reactions and captured beautifully about philosophy of principles and not otherwise. En. Razak and En. Md Ghani (personal assistant) urged us to think and realized, to be a leader is huge but don't ever made the task or responsibility as a problem. As an evidence, one of the challenge we received was to pass 2 durians to 73 leaders ('pap' on each hands) in just 9:23 seconds accompanied with lots of strategies that have been erected by Mohamad Saad bin Mohamad Naim as our team leader as known as the 'head boy' of our school and that was super amazing and outstanding, I tell ya!

     The program taught with power and conviction and the content form a solid foundation as an opportunity to explore ourselves and our impact on others and to do so by taking advantages of his profound insights from head to toe. A perfect blend of wisdom, compassion and practical experience I think. Ultimately, I truly understand that success means change and the risk of failure and a willingness to pay the price of success. I also learned that unions and exert sweat vigorously to achieve a huge mission is important. So deep that my soul becomes weak, my independence starts to wither like the plats during the awful season last moments before I contributed my internalize, Get the man/woman right and the world will also be right, as a fundamental in leadership apart from restore myself with countless spiritual energy.

     Leadership in Islam is part of prophethood. As a result, leadership in Islam is somewhat different from leadership elsewhere. In Islam, leadership is not sought or pursued. It is given or conferred freely by the people. Qualified individuals are carefully sought out and then asked to accept the responsibility of leadership.
